Strategic Agricultural Projects
Eagle's Wings Housing Cooperative Society Ltd initiated agribusiness as part of its broader strategy to diversify member opportunities and utilize land resources productively. The program focused on structured agricultural activities designed to generate sustainable value while supporting food production and income generation.
Initial progress was made through the establishment of greenhouse structures at Eagle’s Paradise Phase 1, demonstrating the cooperative’s commitment to practical and scalable agricultural ventures.

Agri Business Plan
We have identified a resource centre known as SME Resource Centre whom we will partner with. SME Resource Centre is actively involved in entrepreneurship development and promotion through capacity building in business management skills and business opportunities in agribusiness, manufacturing and transportation. The projects will include:

Controlled crop production using greenhouse technology.
VEGETABLES & FRUITS
Cultivation of fruits and vegetables for market supply.

Production of indigenous chicken, layers, and broilers.

Aquaculture initiatives through raised micro-house fish ponds.
DAIRY GOATS
Livestock rearing focused on dairy production.

Honey production and environmental sustainability through apiculture.

Small-scale livestock farming for meat and breeding.
Previous Agribusiness Initiative
Eagle’s Wings Housing Cooperative Society previously implemented an agribusiness program to promote productive land use and create additional opportunities for members. The initiative included greenhouse farming at Eagle’s Paradise Phase 1, where interested members secured participation by placing a Ksh. 100,000 deposit for a plot and contributing toward a greenhouse unit valued at Ksh. 248,000.
The structure allowed the cooperative to recover the remaining balance through greenhouse production proceeds. Although the program is not currently active, it remains a viable model that may be revived in the future as part of the cooperative’s agribusiness development plans.
